Payment Types:
We accept money orders, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping and Handling:
We offer shipping to the United States and its territories by US Postal Mail.
We deliver your order as soon as practical. Because each buckle is crafted by hand the shipping process is about 2 -3 Weeks unless there is a problem with your payment, in which case we will contact you to finalize the order.
Backorders:
Backorders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will contact you if your order will need to be delayed for more than a 3 weeks. If any item you order has become unavailable, we will either, in our discretion, substitute and send you a substantially similar item or seek to notify you that the particular item is no longer available.
Taxes:
If sales taxes are applicable to your purchase, the tax amounts will be charged to you as a condition to shipment.
Returns and Exchanges:
We will always accept return of any of our products that are damaged in shipping within a 30 day period. In order to make a return to us, contact us via email at sales@beltbuckleman.com making sure to include identification of the item you purchased, including the order number and date. Please state a reason for the return.
As soon as we get the item and it passes our inspection to ensure that the item has not been used, altered, damaged or changed, then, we will credit your credit card in the amount previously charged and collected for the item. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping and you bear the risk of any damage or loss prior to our receipt of the returned item.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in communications when your order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
